The holidays are just around the corner and there is a lot to be grateful for! Having launched my teaching career at a Canadian international high school in China has definitely helped me grow both personally and professionally. I am so grateful to have the privilege of working with so many brilliant and passionate colleagues who inspire me on a daily basis and such awesome students who take pleasure in teaching me something new everyday. Of course there are some challenges to face along the way, especially in a country where you don’t speak the language, but those are the moments that, I think, help define our character. So, I will continue to embrace all the ups and all the downs that come with this expat life and look toward the future with the same optimism that brought me here! #christmasspirit #china#expatlife #internationaleducation
